These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of PandaExpressCalorie.com at pandaexpresscalorie.com (“the Site”), operated by PandaExpressCalorie.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
PandaExpressCalorie.com is a free, independent website that offers a Panda Express calorie and macro calculator, an allergen table and a store locator, built from information Panda Express publishes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Panda Express or Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. We do not take orders, sell food, process payments or run any Panda Express account, rewards or gift card service.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Site if you can form a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. The Site is not directed at children under 13.
3. Nutrition, allergen and store information
We copy nutrition and allergen figures from information published by Panda Express and show totals calculated from those figures. Recipes, portion sizes, suppliers, menus, opening hours and locations change, and they can differ between restaurants. Food is prepared by hand, so a real serving may weigh more or less than the published one.
We work hard to keep the Site accurate, but we do not guarantee that any information is complete, correct or current. Calculated totals are arithmetic based on published per-item values. 4. Not medical advice
The Site gives general information only. It is not medical, dietary or allergy advice and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, registered dietitian or other qualified professional. If you have a food allergy, intolerance or medical condition, do not rely on the Site alone. Panda Express kitchens handle common allergens, and cross-contact can happen. 5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, misleading or fraudulent purpose;
- copy, scrape, crawl or harvest the Site's content or data in bulk by automated means, except for search engine indexing that respects our robots.txt;
- interfere with, overload or disrupt the Site or its servers, or try to get around any security measure;
- introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
- click on ads on the Site artificially, encourage others to do so, or otherwise generate invalid ad traffic;
- send spam, abusive or unlawful content through the contact form; or
- present the Site's content as your own, or suggest that we or Panda Express endorse you.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's original text, design, layout, calculator logic, code, graphics and the way information is selected and arranged belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nutrition facts themselves are not owned by us; they come from Panda Express. Menu photographs and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the menu items being described.
7. Limited licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the Site and use its tools for your own non-commercial purposes, including printing or saving a meal summary for yourself. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the page. Any other copying, republishing or commercial use needs our written permission.
8. Trademarks
“Panda Express”, menu item names such as “Orange Chicken”, and related logos are trademarks of Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. or its affiliates. All other trademarks belong to their owners. We use these names only to describe the products our information relates to (nominative fair use). Their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
9. Messages and feedback
If you send us a correction, suggestion or other feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the Site without payment or obligation to you. Do not send anything confidential, and do not send content you have no right to share. How we handle the personal information in your message is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Advertising and third-party links
The Site shows ads served by Google AdSense and may link to other websites, such as pandaexpress.com or Google Maps. We do not control, endorse or take responsibility for advertisers, their products or third-party websites. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them, under their terms and policies.
11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PandaExpressCalorie.com, its owners, operators and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or any health-related harm, arising from your use of or reliance on the Site, even if told such damage was possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so some may not apply to you.
13. Indemnity

16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal claim, please email us so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days. If you use the Site from another country, you are responsible for following your local laws, and nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
17. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
