DMCA & Copyright Policy
PandaExpressCalorie.com respects the intellectual property of others and expects its visitors to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws in other countries.
1. Reporting infringement
If you believe material on the Site infringes a copyright or trademark you own or represent, send a written notice to pandaexpresscalorie@gmail.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. Your notice must include:
- your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a description of the copyrighted work or trademark you say is being infringed;
- the exact URL or URLs on the Site where the material appears;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices may delay our response. Please be aware that knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
2. What we do next
We review every valid notice, normally within five business days. Where appropriate we remove or disable access to the material and, if we can, let the person who provided it know.
3. Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address containing: your name, address, phone number and email; identification of the material and where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts of the United States; and your signature. We may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the complaining party tells us it has started legal action.
4. Repeat infringers
The Site does not host user accounts, but if any person repeatedly supplies infringing material through our contact channels, we will stop accepting material from them.
5. Using our content
You are welcome to quote short parts of our pages with a clear link back to the original page. Copying whole pages, our calculator code or our page design requires written permission. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
6. Brand owners
PandaExpressCalorie.com is an independent site, not affiliated with Panda Express. Menu names, logos and product photos are used only to identify the dishes described. If you represent Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. and would like something changed, email us and we will respond promptly.
